How to Handle the situation
Tricky situation in the work place..? Find difficult to handle colleagues…? Bossy seniors and extreme work pressure..? Any events agitated or dissatisfied..? Circumstances beyond the control..? Good. You should know how to handle such tricky situation, which we normally face at every office. Be ready to assess what they want from the situation, for a mutual agreement. Many things could be possible with amicable situation than by argument. When you anticipate a situation, be prepared to face to fight or flight. Be positive in the long run. Find a common ground to bond the situation. You will never fail or you require bail from the situation.
